Direkt neben unserem Hotel, dem Hotel I Dormienti gab es eine Reihe von Gesch\u00e4ften, bei denen sich bei n\u00e4herem Hinsehen zeigte, dass im hinteren Teil des Geb\u00e4udes die Waren produziert wurden, die vorne verkauft wurden. Es sind nicht nur alteingesessene Betriebe, auch junge Leute mit innovativen Ideen siedeln sich hier an.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Grezzo_Raw_Chocolate\"><\/span>Grezzo Raw Chocolate<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ein gelungenes Beispiel hierf\u00fcr ist <a title=\"Grezzo Raw Chocolate\" href=\"http:\/\/www.grezzoitalia.it\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\">Grezzo Raw Chocolate<\/a>. Den Monti ist kein armer Stadtteil. Die Preise f\u00fcr Eigentumswohnungen sind exorbitant hoch. F\u00fcr 80 m\u00b2 Wohnfl\u00e4che sind ca. \u20ac 500.000.- zu bezahlen. So wohnen in Monti viele Gutverdiener, aber auch Ausl\u00e4nder investieren in ein Objekt.
