Wir haben schon eine Menge von diesem Bauwerk geh\u00f6rt, doch als wir davor stehen erstaunen uns die Dimensionen dennoch. Es ist das Wahrzeichen Sevillas. Das ehemalige maurische Minarett ist der Rest der 1184 erbauten Moschee. Es war zur Bauzeit das dritt h\u00f6chste Bauwerk der Welt.
