The Piazza Navona Band takes its name from the square on which it plays regularly. Everyone, who has ever visited this place, has probably encountered the musicians.
Piazza Navona belongs to the most beautiful squares in Rome and is the only one which is car-free. Surrounded by Baroque Roman architecture, many cafes and restaurants invite to linger. Artists and street musicians entertain the passers-by.
The Piazza Navona Band
has become an institution on the square. The band plays in varying formations. They give the outward impression to be cool, but highly committed to the play of their music. If you watch carefully, you realize the intensity with which they indulge in their music.
