The Ruby River Hotel is located in the Nguyen Thai Binh Street, a side street of the Pho Duc Chinh. Within a 7 to 8 minutes walk, you can reach the Benh Thanh Market, the central market of the city and the Phan Boi Chau Night Market in the adjoining street of the same name.
We have a room on the upper floors of the high-rise building and thus an excellent view over the city.
The hotel is modernly equipped and the technical equipment works perfect, including fast free WiFi. The rooms are a bit small but adequate for a short stay.
The equipment in the bathroom is very well meant. The shower promises even the function of a steam sauna with all its nozzles and levers. When switched on by means of a separate switch, it sounds like from a power station.
But apart from the shower, we cannot figure out other functions. Despite some attempts, it is not possible to bring the built-in radio to sound. Probably our operation is incorrect, but for two nights we do not want to study the instruction either. We also do not want to bother the friendly service staff. So we are satisfied with the shower.
The breakfast is on the top floor. It is not very very varied but enough.
