The Anik Boutique Hotel is located at Norodom Boulevard in Phnom Penh. Upon arrival by speed boat from Vietnam, we took a taxi to the hotel. Upon check in we experience a surprise.
The hotel offers us an upgrade, which of course we gratefully accept. Three floors up we are amazed. We have a whole suite with two rooms.
The first room is a living roomwith a huge sitting area and TV and a private kitchen. It has its own kitchen.
The second room is the bedroom which is equipped with another television.
The modern and spacious bathroom is equipped with a rain shower.
The internet connection leaves nothing to be desired. Unfortunately, we have neither time for cooking nor to watch TV, so that we can hardly use the offered infrastructure. Everything is clean and neat.
The hotel has a nice outdoor swimming pool.

From a small balcony you can overlook a part of the city. For this perspective we count already 8 skyscrapers, which are currently under construction. At the moment Phnom Penh really seems to explode economically.
On the ground floor is a restaurant, where also breakfast is served. Besides that, one can finish the day at a little bar in the evening.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. The Anik Boutique Hotel was opened only half a year ago, so the inventory is very modern and new. It lies relatively in the center so that the most important sights are within walking distance.
