More InformationAfter Hallstatt, Froeg is the second important burial ground of the Celts in Austria. One of the highlights is the reconstructed tomb 120 of a high-ranked woman which was found almost undamaged.

You see a heathen ritual place – the sacred grove of Noreia – and an exhibition in the museum shows jewelry, weapons, tools, brooches and pottery.

Particularly noteworthy is the copy of a hearse made of lead, which was found here.

The Celtic World Froeg is opened from April until October.
