On the occasion of the Kultursommar, the city of Gothenburg engages young people, most students (Kultursommarjobb) to entertain locals and tourists with their cultural offer in the summer. Performances are on the different places of the city and delight the passers-by.
Actually, like in Stockholm, one wanted to stop this but after strong protests from the population, the Kultursommar in Gothenburg took place again in the following year.
Out our walk at Kungsportsplatsen and leads us to Kopparmärra, the equestrian statue of Charles IX. Here we meet the group Diversity, presenting a combination of hip-hop dance and classical music.

We stroll along the Östra Larmgatan and meet the group Papá Noelz at the Harry Hjörnes Plats. Their repertoire goes from the Beatles to Silvana Imam.

Through Fredsgatan we reach Brunnsparken, where we turn into Norra Hamngatan and continue our way to the station.

At Drottningtorget, the station forecourt, we see the historical tram which takes the visitors to the Liseberg Amusement Park.

On the square, the group of Black or White enthuse the spectators with dance music and magic. To catchy pop music, they present Cha Cha and Samba combined with Breakdance.
