Longevity Temple at Baoding Shan - China

The Longevity Temple at the Holy Summit Baoding Shan (宝顶山) is located close to the Treasure Chest Mountain in the province of Chongqing.

Besides the Emei Shan (峨眉山 ) it belongs to the sacred possessions of the Buddhists in China. The temple was built in 1178 and still serves as a monastery.
