More InformationWe turn around and follow the Via dei Giubbonari up to the Campo de Fiori.
Campo de Fiori
At the Campo de ‘Fiori (english: Field of Flowers) is daily, except Sundays, a very popular market place.

Besides flowers, mainly fresh food is offered here. The hustle and bustle takes place under the Monument of the philosopher Giordano Bruno, who was burned here because of Freemasonry. Moreover, here the Reformer Giovanni Mollio and his pupil Tisserano were burned.

We notice the people providing themselves with fresh water from one of the numerous fountains. The drinking water from these fountains is safe to drink.

Due to its numerous restaurants and pubs, the Campo de Fiori is as well a popular meeting place in the evening.

From here we reach the Corso Vittorio Emanuelle II and take a bus back to the hotel.
