Sandland 2006 had the slogan wind and was under the leadership of the Danish artist Martin Tulinius.

Together with Pavel Zadanouk and many other artists from Denmark, the Netherlands, Russia, Ukraine, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania and Austria he created breathtaking sand sculptures.

Despite its wealth of details, the artworks had survived the whole summer.
