The ski secondary school Stams is Austria’s elite training ground for winter sports athletes. Many popular athletes come out from here.
Training is not only in winter, to play a role in the world’s top position an intense all-year training is required.
Ski jumpers find perfect training facilities at the Bergisel in Innsbruck, only 40 km away from school. The ski jumping hill Bergisel is annually hosting the third competition of the famous Four Hills Tournament an important part of the FIS Ski Jumping World Cup.
