Berlin 1977, the capital of the reunited Federal Republic of Germany, was still subdivided into the west and east.
At that time, Bonn was the capital of the Federal Republic. The Berlin Tegel Airport was the airport of the western part of Berlin and is still the largest airport in Berlin. Since then, the Kurfürstendamm with the Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial Church has not changed significantly.
