We leave Lübeck by train, continuing our journey towards Hamburg and Bremen.

There is a regional train that runs between Lübeck and Hamburg. After a brief stop at Hamburg Central Station, we board an Intercity train for the rest of the journey.
The entire route passes you through the North German lowlands, which are crossed by the Trave, Elbe, and Weser rivers. The flat landscape is interspersed with moorland. Livestock farming, agriculture, and fruit growing dominate the landscape. Hamburg is a major trading center with an important port.

The Speicherstadt (warehouse district) and HafenCity are visible from the train. The Spiegel publishing house’s media building stands out

You can also see the Elbtower, whose construction made headlines when René Benko’s Signa Prime Selection AG went bankrupt. The Becken consortium intends to continue construction in the meantime. However, due to damage caused by the previous building, construction at Hamburg Elbbrücken station is prohibited until at least March 2026. The shell has currently reached a height of around 100 meters. Upon completion, it is expected to reach 245 meters.
After arriving in Bremen, we walk to the H+ Hotel. En route, we see a few sights, including the Mill on the Wall and the Schweinehirt und seine Herde monument. The monument of the pig farmer and his herd commemorates the Sögestraße, an area that was once important for pig farming and is now a pedestrian zone.
The H+ Hotel is centrally located, allowing all the city’s attractions to be reached on foot.

The hotel has a modern design and offers everything you need for a pleasant stay.
