The Hotel Palacio de Monjaraz is in a manor house from the 16th century. We have chosen the hotel because of its central location within the city walls of Avila.

From the outside, the building looks like most houses in Avila. But inside, you feel like transported back into a knight’s castle.

Due to the relatively steep rising alley in front of the house, the premises accessible to the public are spread over two floors. The hotel entrance on the lower floor leads into the lobby and the breakfast room.

On the upper floor are a restaurant and a bar. It also has a separate entrance from the street.

The rooms are on the further floors.

More InformationArmor, sculptures, and the natural raw walls strengthen the medieval atmosphere. Even so, everything has a classy appearance. This impression continues in the rooms.

The technical equipment corresponds to the newest state, including fast free WLAN. The rooms are clean and the staff kind and helpful. A great plus is a reasonable price.

The Hotel Palacio de Monjaraz is the ideal starting point to explore the old town of Avila. From here, all sights are within short walking distance.
