The Xiling Gorge – 西陵峡 – between Xiangxi and the city of Yichang is the easternmost of the three gorges on the Yangtze River. At the narrowest point, it has a width of 80 m.
With the first rays of the new day we drive into the Xiling Gorge, the first of the three gorges.

The bridge on the opposite side is called colloquially McDonald’s bridge, because the shape reminds the logo of McDonald’s.
